We are the CEMS Group, providing high quality professional Emergency Management and Business Continuity consulting services for public, not-for profit and private sector entities and their associated agencies while addressing the areas of prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery. We assist clients in establishing a continuous improvement process for the develpment, implementation and maintenance of Emergency Management and Business Continuity programs.

The CEMS Group is a select team of experienced Emergency Management specialists that regard public safety as the communities and entities number one priority. We provide graduated programs to clients at various awareness levels which ensures that the training and learning experience meets the individual goals of the organization.

We specialise in the elements of Emergency Management and Business Continuity Program Management, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation. Within these elements we work with you to undertake and/or revise processes such as  Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Emergency Response Plans and Business Contingency Plans, training sessions and simulated exercises.

Working with Senior Administration and/or the Emergency Management Coordinators, we will work within your needs to help you meet compliance with the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act and Ontario Regulation 380/04 or in the case of private organizations, we can assist you in reaching CSA Z1600 compliance (see CSA Z1600 information in main menu).
